Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Onboarding & Partnership Development
- Identify and acquire new business partners and affiliates.
- Coordinate the deployment of promotional materials such as banner ads, flyers, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliated vendors and business partners.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertisements and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing assets.
Customer Acquisition
- Conduct field visits and cold outreach to attract and onboard new customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term users.
- Educate potential customers about the company’s offerings and benefits.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market surveys to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team based on field data.
- Track regional performance metrics and report on opportunities for business growth.
Mobility & Field Engagement
- Travel to local markets, events, or client meetings as required.
- Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be willing to ride for field visits.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred (freshers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla and English.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Proficient in MS Office and online tools (Google Docs, social media platforms).
Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel frequently.
